Refund & Credits Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This policy is part of the Ants Terms of Service. It is issued by Core Engine IT Infrastructure LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Credits

Credits measure the work Ants does for you: planning, building, editing, deploying and hosting apps, and running AI features inside them. Your balance, usage and expiry dates are shown in your account.

Expiry. Credits from paid plans and purchases expire 12 months after they are added to your account. That applies to monthly plan credits, annual plan credits and top-up credits. Free daily credits are available only on the day they are given and do not carry over. Ants uses the credits that expire soonest first.

Estimates. Before each build, Ants shows an estimate in credits for you to approve. A build never uses more credits than the estimate you approved. If it uses fewer, you are charged only what it used.

Failed builds. If a build or deployment fails because of a fault on our side, the credits it used are returned to your balance.

Running out. When you run out of credits, building stops, and your live apps may be limited or paused, until you add credits or your plan's next allowance arrives.

What credits are not. Credits are not money. They have no cash value, and you cannot transfer, sell or exchange them for cash, except for refunds under section 3.

2. Subscriptions and cancellation

Billing. Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. They renew automatically until you cancel. Before an annual plan renews, we send you a reminder.

Cancelling. You can cancel online at any time in your account's billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your paid plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan.

After cancelling:

  • your remaining credits stay usable until they expire;
  • apps that the free plan does not cover go offline and are kept for 3 months, after which they are deleted, as described in the Terms.

Closing your account. If you close your account, your remaining credits are forfeited.

3. Refunds

14-day refund. You can get a full refund of any payment if both of these are true:

  • you ask within 14 days of the payment;
  • none of the credits from that payment have been used.

This covers a first subscription payment, a renewal, an annual plan and a top-up. When we refund a subscription payment, the plan and its credits are removed.

At checkout, you ask for access to start immediately. You also acknowledge that once you use credits from a purchase, you lose the right to cancel it and get a refund. After 14 days, or once you have used credits from a payment, that payment is not refundable, except as set out below.

We also refund in these cases:

  • you were charged in error, for example twice, or after you cancelled;
  • we close your account for a reason other than your breach of our Terms, or we stop offering the Service. We refund the unused part of your prepaid period;
  • you cancel because we materially reduced a paid feature. We refund the unused part of your prepaid period.

Your rights by law. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. One example is the 7-day right of withdrawal for online purchases in Brazil (Consumer Defence Code, Art. 49).

How to ask. Email [email protected] from your account's email address, with the date and amount of the payment. Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Chargebacks. If you dispute a payment with your bank, we may pause your account until the dispute is resolved.
